WHY DO MY CHECK ENGINE BLINK WHILE IM DRIVING IT GOES OFF THEN COMES BACK ON AGAIN.I'M NOT LOOSING COMPRESSION AND ITS NOT SPUDDERING @ ALL. I DID NOTICE THAT WHEN I'M IDLING THE IDLE IS ROUGH IN OTHER WORDS IT FEELS LIKE THE MOTOR IS MILDLY SKIPPING.

There is damage being done to the converter probably from the misfire when the light is flashing. Don't drive it like this. Should get the codes from the computer to see where the problem is originating and begin testing with the flow chart associated with the code.
