When paking my truck the steering tightens up making very hard to steer. It also does the same thing going into turns. Why is that?

Is there any noise associated with this happening? Also, have you checked the steerng fluid? Finally, is the belt tight and not slipping?

The fluid is fine, I haven't heard any noise and the belt is tight.
