1999 Chevy Tahoe Won't start

My tahoe just decided not to start yesterday. All I get is a clicking sound. I have cleaned the battery terminals and checked the connection there. The starter is not even 6 months old, I tried jumping it but that didn't work either. What else should I try?

Jump power right to starter, if it still wont start replace starter.
