1999 Chevy Tahoe No start at times

Engine turns over normal. Won't catch and run at times. Once it does start, runs fine. I checked for spark at the coil and going into the distributor cap(new cap), all good. Tested for spark at the plugs, very weak.

What color is the spark? Check the engine ground cable or strap. A bad ground will cause this.
What is the gap on the plugs? Are they new plugs and if so what brand are they?
