when the torque converter lock it hits hard everthing elce shift ok .the check eng lite it on the code is the camshaft sensor p340

Chances the light and the shifting problem have nothing to do with each other. As far as the camshaft sensor, it may start giving you trouble. THe shifting problem needs to be checked by a trans mechanic. THe torque converter locing clutch may be going bad. If that is the case, it will need replaced.
