1999 Chevy Tahoe 1999 Tahoe Multiple misfire.

I have a 99 tahoe that keeps throwing a 300 code. Realtime computer says cylinders 3-4 misfiring under load. It use to be only when I pulled my boat on long hills. 20K miles later it misfires when getting on the interstate solo.
