Drive Train Axles Bearings problem
1998 Chevy Tahoe V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 74000 miles

When I move forward I hear a clanking noise in the rear of the truck. It happens when I release my brakes and start to move forward.

Remove the drive rear drive shaft and check the u-joints. Then check the rear differential yoke for any movement (side to side and up and down). If there is any movement then the pinion bearing is failing.
