The tahoe was purchased, used, and then parked in an open parking lot for the past two years. It was not used at all. My question is: Will the tahoe still be usable? Will it have rusted? Will it be a reliable car? It has not been in any accidents and the only thing I am concerned with is the fact that it was stopped for two years. What kind of damage can happen to it? Thank you very much.

When a vehicle sits for 2 years, seal and gasket leaks can be expected. Especially transmission seals. They rely on being coated with transmission fluid from time to time. You can say that these seals and gaskets dry rot. Oil pan gaskets, valve cover gaskets, water pump ETC ETC.
The best thing to do is change the engine oil and filter, and the transmission fluid and filter (the transmission filter kit comes with a new pan gasket), then see what leaks -- then go from there. You might get lucky and have no problems at all. The miles are very low on this Tahoe, just be gental on the throttle for a little while, so everything can get "warmed up" and broken in after a 2 year lay off.
