Interior lights flicker on and of while vehicle is running, EXCEPT when the dome light overide button is depressed. I've replaced both left & right front door contact switches.

I'm assuming this happens when you hit bumps only, if you have the model with the tailgate this is caused by your rear glass from being out of alingment and not latching tight enough. This happens with my 98' I don't bother with it though I just keep it on dome overide body shop should be able to fix it.

Thanks for the info. After much trial & error, I discovered that the problem was with a faulty trailer light connector. The lights were assisted in activation by an elderly security system that was about 10 years old. ;)

I traded the vehicle today. Byebye 10-15 MPG!
