1996 Chevy Tahoe heater blower motor

Were is it located? Under the dash or hood? Can I get to it easily? HOW

Its under the dash on the passengers side there should be 2 wires going to it, a purple and a black. Just unbolt the old one and bolt in the new one. Feedback and votes are greatly appreciated.
