1996 Chevy Tahoe Coolant Leak

Chevy tahoe leaks coolant. Folowed leak to a plastic component on the left side of motor. 2 hoses go in and 2 go out. On the back side of the component is a small resevoir. I cannot find a replacement number/part number for this component. I would like to have the part before I remove it and drain a large portion of the dex. Thanks
