So I reciently purchased a 95 tahoe w/ 158000 miles on it. After the first week I noticed that it needed new front pads so those were replaced. But after replacing them it started to pulsate when coming to a complete stop the peddle would kick back and it seemed to lock up as it were on ice or something but still would stop. So no abs light came on or anything so I just replaced the rotors as well and it still has that pulsating reaction to it when I come to a full stop. Please help me diagnos this problem, just not sure why its doing this?

I would check the front brake rotors for warpage. Pedal kickback is normal for ABS system.

Ya there brand new, thanks for the input and it really kicks and locks up not how ABS should be. Thanks still not sure? Left side caliper has a little play in it so that could be it.

Before replacing the caliper, try bleeding the system.
