The engine is whining, it seems to come and go, but is louder when accelerating sometimes, it seems to come from the bottom/front, which I believe is the camshaft pulley? Any advice would help, thanks!

The bottom pulley is the crank, see if it's wobbling, if it is replace it, the other thing is, is it whining or a belt type screach?

It is more of a belt screach than a whine, could it be transmission related?

Start the engine and have some one rev it see if the tensioner moves, and watch all pulleys for any wobble, pull the belt off again and turn the tensioner, idler, and a/c pulleys by hand, any that bind or wobble are to be replaced!
