1995 Chevy Tahoe distributor

My tahoe want start I replaced the battery and that wasnt the problem. When I tried to start it again there was sparks and light coming from the distributor and the spark wires light up what could this be

Are you saying it cranks good but won't start? If so maybe you need a tune-up? Cap --rotor--plug wires--plugs. There is more to a tune-up, I can't exactly tell where the spark is coming from?
