Electrical problem
2004 Chevy Suburban V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 75K miles

I HAVE AN INTERMITTENT STATIC NOISE THAT COMES OUT OF THE FRONT RIGHT DOOR SPEAKER (BOSE SYSTEM) THE NOISE CAN BE QUITE LOUD AT TIMES.
TURNING ON AND OFF THE STEREO DOES NOT AFFECT IT. IT HAPPENS SOMETIME WHEN THE CAR IS OFF.
HELP!

Inspect the low level audio circuits (1947, 511, 1546, 512, 1547, 599, etc.) For opens or shorts between the radio and amp.
Inspect center console wire harness, approximately 5 inches (12.7 cm) from connector C306 towards the amp connector, for excessive twisting. If the harness has excessive twisting the bare drain wire (circuits 2011 or 2099) may cut into the low level audio signals and cause this concern. Repair/Replace harness as necessary.
The center console harness contains power and ground circuits which may induce noise into the audio circuits. Removing the harness tape and separating the wires will reduce or eliminate the noise. Repair/Replace harness as necessary.
Inspected C306 and the amplifier connectors for loose terminal connections. Repair/Replace harness as necessary.
