Passengerside blows hot while the driverside blows cold I can turn car off then back on and its cold for a few min. Then goes back to hot.

This is a common problem. You'll need to take it to a pro to get it fixed. You have what is called icing due to low freon, then adding some and still having a leak. The system will have to be leak checked, discharged, fix the leak, then recharged.
