Increase the idle or check your IAC module. It may be not functioning properly.

2003 Chevy Suburban Low Idle Below 500 Rpm After...

The Idle Speed Is So Low That It Will Shut Off At Stop Signs. Runs Okay At Start Up And The Rpm's Are Around 600 When Cold.
