2003 Chevrolet Suburban Instrument Cluster

2003 Suburban Z71. My speedometer does not indicate the proper speed all the time. Sometimes fast or slow.

I would like to save money and do this myself, would you recommend be doing this? I can repair a good bit on a car. If not, what is the best way to get an affordable cluster?

Any way to get the current cluster to work or just replace it?
