The ABS and Emergency brake lights are on my dash boardand my ABS is not working. I have brakes and the emergency brake is working as well.

Your computer/module has seen a problem with your ABS. It has stored a code/codes related to the problem. You need to find a tech with a scanner that will plug in, read the codes, and help diagnose the problem. Your regular brakes will work fine, but the lights are on until the information is cleared.

You have trouble codes and need to scan for it once the problem fixed drive at speed higher then 10 MPH lights should go out
most common is wheel bearings and ABS sensor in the front
again codes should indicate to the troubled area
