2001 Chevy Suburban car will not start

My car will not start, will not turn over, does not even have a clicking noise, I do not think it drains the batt. Because it still reads 12.6vdc. I've checked the batt. & Fuses. I do not know to check the starter. Please help, thank you!

Have you checked the power at the starter? If you have power, have someone activate the starter and see if you have power at the small terminal on the starter solenoid, if you do not. You may have ignition switch problems
