Getting ready to replace the right exhaust manifold.
Just wondered if you know of tricks to get to exhaust bolts off without breaking them off in the head. I'm going to soak to heck out of them with WD-40 and the like.
Also need the torq.spec. of the bolts.
Thnks in advance

Soaking them is your best bet, loosen by hand, no impact guns. The torque spec is 11ft lbs first pass then 18ft lbs second pass

Use PB blaster to loosen bolts. WD-40 is a Water Displacer (WD) and while it is good for many things, PB Blaster is far superior in removing rusted/difficult bolts.

Coat new bolts with a dab of antisieze and torque as Jack said. Use a thread chaser to clean up threads in head.
