starter went bad. Replaced the starter. Now doesnt seem to have enough power to turn the motor over. I am losing all the lights in and out of the truck. Battery was tested, and came out to be fine. Do you have any idea what it could be? If so please look into emailing me at the address given.

Welcome to the forum, are you talking about a slow crank? I'd have to make sure the battery has a full charge and the connections are good. Next, I'd get at the starter relay, underhood fuse box. Check the circuits, use a voltmeter, note the actual voltage reading, key in crank position.

If you place the meter leads across the battery posts, key in the crank position, how far does the reading drop?
