The suspension on the front right side of my truck makes noise everytime I make a sharp turn to the left or when I hit a speed bump when the wheel is turning left. The sound that it makes is not a squeak or squeal sound but more like a thump like something is hitting every time the pressure or stress from the vehicles weight is tilted to the left side when the right side is relieving from the weight. To be more specific it's a K2500 3/4 ton truck 4 wheel drive.

Hi there,

Thank you for the donation,

If you get a qualified mechanic to do a full inspection of the suspension I am sure that they will find this noise, as this is a torsion bar suspension, often the spline ends of the torsion bar can get dry and the splines and make a noise when they load up and un load, this is easily fixed with a clean and a good lube with a good quality lubricant, like a copper based permanent lube, also a close inspection of the bushes and shocker mounts should pick up any wear problem start here.
