I have a vibration under load. It started between 35 to 40 mph. It now starts about 25 mph, today on the higway it became more pronounced and I began getting a sulfur smell. I had the corner mechanic test drive it when the vibrations started and was told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. The mileage is also a little off I think.

First thought is a bad joint on a drive shaft causing the vibration. The usual speed for a bad joint to show up is 40 to 45 mph and gets lower as it worsens. The sulphur smell may be idicative of your catalitic convertor going bad.
