With the stereo off/no keys in ignition and a volt meter between battery and terminal there is between 7 and 8 volts draw that when I pull the # 19 fuse stereo batt out the voltage goes down to.5 volts. Does this mean the stereo is bad.

Hi there,

I will locate a wiring schematic and see if there is anything else that is on the circuit, what is the amp draw with the fuse in? Place an Amp meter between bat pos & the terminal and see what the amp draw is with & with out the fuse.

HI there,

It appears that the fuse 19 is the direct supply to the radio (orange wire) I feel that the radio is your problem.
