1994 Chevy Suburban Fuel system

Engine won't turn over. Stalls when idle. Odd smell released from exhaust. Recently when in for a tune up. Spark plug wires were replaced, intake air filter, rotor, and fuel injector cleaner run through system.

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs if okay, clean out the idle air control valve and PCV/EGR valves and test the throttle position sensor and manifold absolute pressure sensor.
