Today for the first time at a red light, upon accelerating our transmission in our truck jumped it did it the first 2 times. Per first 2 gears when it shifts. We have been checkin all fluid levels, have been driving it normally no hot rodding. It has a it has a 5.3, 327 motor, it has a little over 100,000 miles, it is automatic. Uses regular unleaded gasonline. What can be the problem? Please any thing right now would help

When you say jump, what exactly do you mean?

Does it lurch forward like you revved the motor and dropped it into gear?
Or it's shifting very hard from 1st to 2nd?

If it's the latter, your transmission is starting to have valve body problems. Remove the battery (disconnect it) for about a half an hour and this will reset the computer. It should shift normally after this.
If this doesn't work, I'm afraid you might be looking at a tranny overhaul.

Good Luck
