1992 chevy 1500 4.3 155,000 miles starting to have problems at times with acceleration speed while on the gas it will start jerking and sputtering but if I back off the gas it will stop. The truck has a good idle but just while accelerating is the problem and this is not a constant problem just on occasion. Ive tried seafoam and water remover to see if I got some bad gas but it didnt help

I would check out your throttle position sensor, they normally wear out at just off idle and around the bottom third of the sensor since it spend most of the time in that area of the switch.
