Cracked & Bent Silverado Frame - Safe?

I recently discovered that the frame on my turck is bent, cracked, and out of square. The damage is right below the bed mount closest to the cab. It looks as though someone pulled the bottom of the c-channel downward about an inch and a half, until it cracked at the bend. I was simply wondering how safe it is to be driving around with the frame in this condition, or if there is an easy fix. The bend/crack is not near any welds or rivets, and i do not see any "spider" cracks anywhere else. The truck is a 1998 Cheverolet Silverado 1500 W/T Single Cab 2wd with 4.3 liter V6 5spd and 198,000 miles. Thank you in advance so very much for your consideration of my issue. And really neat site, too! I have attatched a photo.

This looks like the truck was overloaded! Abent or cracked frame is never desirable, go to a frame shop, could be a matter of welding in a reiforcing plate, not too expensive.
