These modules were recalled years ago. Call your gm dealer and see if yours is covered. Very easy to replace. Under hood you will find the wiper motor and the cover to the motor thats held in by 3, 15 torx screws, remove the cover and the module pulls off.

Does a 1994 have the same module and problem
because mine works when it wants to.
