The 0-5 switch that I use to turn the fan up or down only works on 5 now, is it the switch that needs replaced or something else? If its just the swith where can I get one besides the dealer? If it is something else what would it be and where can I find the new part?

First check for faulty blower motor relay. If the relay is OK then suspect faulty blower motor resistor. A local auto part store should carry or be able to get these parts.

Actually looking at repair manual it doesn't appear your vehicle uses a blower motor relay. If its working in high setting then the blower motor resistor pack will need replaced.
