2002 Chevy Silverado starting

Sometimes my truck starts right away. Other times, it won't start on the first try. I need to crank it a second time and it will finally start. I replaced the 5 spark plugs I could get to without taking it somewhere.

It sounds to me like fuel system problems, when is the last time you replace the fuel filter? Is located underneath the driver's seat on the frame rail, the reason I say that is because when it doesn't start the first time you turn the key off when you turn it back on you re prime the fuel system, after you have replaced the fuel filter check the fuel pressure.
