I replaced one on Drivers side front. Remove switch, and remove inside cover, remove the plastic stuff, it's stuck on there pretty good. There are 5 or 6 small screws holding the whole works together. First, make sure you raise the glass and tape it up, so it wont drop down. The whole works comes out and it goes in the opposite way it came out. On my 01 one of the cables parts, but you have to replace the whole thing, motor and all. Make sure you put all hardware back in tighten sufficiently. I put mine on and forgot one screw, but it's still doing OK. It'll take you about 1/2 hour to hour. I think I paid 150.00 for the new setup. Found it online at 1Aautoelectric.
