2002 Chevy Silverado metal on metal grinding

The grinding happen after I turn a corner and start going strat. And after a short period the grinding goes away again.

You probably have a bad wheel bearing. Another thing could be the brakes but I dont see why they would grind only after turning. IF it were brakes they would most likely grind all the time so it's probably your wheel bearings.
