Every time I get back from a small drive, I smell antifreeze.I've looked under the hood and under the truck and don't see any type of drip. What do you think it could be?

Does it smell like antifreeze on the inside of vehicle too or just under hood?

Doesnt take much to evaporate and cause a strong coolant smell. Best thign to do is look on the hoses for moisture at the connections or for green/orange build up indicating a leak.

So when that only happens it dont sound like a heater core issue. Just sounds like you have a bit of coolant leaking and evaporating off. If your level isnt dropping excessivly I wouldnt overly worry over it. If you have a blacklight and special dye you can look for a leak that way or pressurize the system and listen for the air leaking out
