2001 Chevy Silverado rear caliper

I need to get the caliper off so I can turn the rotors. Are the bolts regular thread or reverse, they seem pretty tight.

The bolts are a regular thread. The are also coated with loctite, so they will be very tight coming out. Be sure to put a little loctite back on them before you reinstall them.
