it acts like the rotors are warped so I put new ones on but the problems are still there

that should have rotors on the rear as well.... if the pedal pulsates after you replaced front rotors, look into the rears.... if its a front end wobble, check the balljoints, tie rod ends, wheel bearings, sway bar endlinks.... if you cant find anything, try rotating your rear tire to the front... may be a tire out of balance...
