A couple of question's and then I can get you the information you need. Does the blower work on any speed or is it inop on all speed's?Also do you have a auto climate control or is it a manual one?

I emailed you the trouble tree for inop blower motor. The blower motor resistor/relay assembly is right over by the blower motor.
