I"ve replace the thermostat and coolant sensor and it still a long time my truck to heat up. The blower is blowing but cool air coming out.

Start and warm engine
open hood and locate heater core hoses
by the firewall
check if both hot to tough (they should )
if so problem is inside and have to check blend door and actuator
if one hose hot and one warm to cool
heater core need to be isolated and flushed
