2000 Chevy Silverado turning issues

Whenever I take a sharp turn either left or right the tires feel like they are binding or grabbing. When I had someone back up the truck I noticed the tire dragging almost as if it was being pulled. It turns fine all the way until you cut the wheel all the way to either side.

There are a few things that can cause this. Wheel alignment is one thing. If you have your vehicle in 4WD or Auto 4WD. Loose ball joints, tie rod ends, or control arm bushings.
