Is it ok to run my truck on an old oil filter with new oil? I drained the oil and realized I had the wrong filter. I did not have another vehicle to go get a new filter so I had to put the old one back on. How long could I run it this way?

You should ok to run it till you can change it. I would not wait too long. You might want to change the oil too, but if you can't afford to just change it A LOT sooner than you normally would.
