2000 Chevy Silverado blower motor

The blower motor vibrates and it does not blow like it should. I am assuming I need to replace the blower. How do I remave it.

Pass side remove lower cover an dthere should be about 4 or 5 7mm srews holding it in. Once out, inspect the fan blade for cracks
