I HAVE CHANGE THE OIL PUMP AND THE TRUCK MAKES RATTLING NOISES AND THE TRUCK SEEMS TO NOT HAVE OIL PRESSURE AFTER INSTALLED THE NEW OIL PUMP ALSO PUT IN NEW OIL AND AND OIL FILTER

Does the truck have an oil pressure gauge or only a light? If it has a gauge, what is it reading? Also, if you want, you can get an oil pressure gauge (manual type), hook it into the sending unit location, and truly see if there is pressure and how much. Many parts stores will rent or lend the gauge.

Let me know. Also, if the engine is worn internally (bearings) it will still make noise. Even with a new oil pump, worn parts will be noisy.

How many miles are on the engine?
