1999 Chevy Silverado V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My truck has started to sputter like it is losing power when im idleing and lasts for up to 30 seconds but when im driving it seems fine. Could this be a vaccum leak?

It could be. Do you have a check engine light on.

When it does it, disconnect you MAF sensor and see if it stops. This is located by your air cleaner. If not I would have it scanned and check your fuel trims. That will tell you if you have a vacuum leak.
