1999 Chevy Silverado hot air

i have a 1999 chevy truck the compresor turns on, but only blows hot ,the door for the hot /cold air does not work.can i fix it open on cold i live in az.never used the heat before.if so where and how do i do so.thank u for the help dennis.

The blender door sounds like the problem. It is located near the heater core and allows air to pass by the heater or it blocks the air from getting to it. Check it out to see if it is damaged.
