1994 Chevy Silverado Lights and wipers on the the fritz

1994 Chevy Silverado 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

after installing a new horn to my truck, the lights and wipers are acting up whenever I turn the lights on the wipers start up and do not stop also only one bright light comes on as well as only one turn light in the back. I have not had any problems like this before.

Was it only the horn itself that was replaced? If you disconnect it, do things go back to normal?

The new horn was hooked up directly to a button inside the truck. So I do not know whether or not it is because of the horn
