Disconnected the fuel line by the fuel filter and cranked engine over. No gas came out. I replaced the relay and that did not help. I want to replace the fuse for the fuel pump but can't find it. Do you know where it is located? Is there a way to test the fuel pump to see if it is working without dropping the tank and taking it out?

Under the hood by the fuse block you will see a red wire by itself with a female connector on it. This is the fuel pump test wire. Connect 12v to it and this will power up the pump. The fuel pump fuse is located in the under hood fuse box too. In my experience I think you will find the fu8el pump bad. Also look very carefully at the connector to the fuel pump to make sure its nor green of melted.
