i have lined the two timing dots together and checked tdc ant it still whont crank im a beginer mechanic

Do you mean it won't start, or it won't crank over? If it turns over but won't start, check your spark and fuel pressure. Please advise.

Check to see if Crankshaft sensor is on properly and seated.

The truck wont start. I was replacing the timing chain alined the dots and nothing.
