Our truck is currently not wanting to start. It cranks but will not turn over. We have replaced the distributor cap, the plugs, the plug wires, the ignition coil and the fuel pump all within the last 3 months. Is there anything that we may possibly be overlooking or not thinking of that would cause the truck not to start?

Do you have spark? Fuel? If it cranks and wont start and you have spark, spray a shot of starting fluid into intake. These engines are notorious for not starting unless fuel pressure and volume are perfect.
