Check the bearings of the alternator, idler and tensioner also be sure that the power steering pump its not hard to turn. How about A/C?
Something its "lock" at some point and get the "slack" of the tensioner.
Also be sure that all the pulleys are well align.
I saw some cases of a lock alternator that keeps wearing belts.
And something else check the tension of the tensioner spring and replace it iff to loose.
